I went to MWork Autobody to drop off my Suburu Legacy in August after a hit and run with a semi truck. They were communicative about the process and made me aware about the delays with parts due to shortages in the current market. While it took a while, they were able to get the car repaired with top quality parts and paint. The only problem we faced was the insurance approval on the final invoice. Insurance kept denying the invoice but Jay, Sam, Ashely and the rest of the team kept fighting for the proper treatment and payment for this repair. Overall, im really happy with how the team treated me during this stressful time and I definitely recommend this bodyshop, especially if you have a Suburu, if want good quality repairs and support. ~ Neil N

M work collision did a great job on my bumper. I was re-ended and didn’t know where to start. I found them online and brought my car in to get a quote. I was going to try a couple of other places, but felt comfortable with them from the moment I walked in. While my car was in the shop, they help me fight with the insurance to get my vehicle fixed properly. I didn’t have to worry about what was going on, as they always kept me informed. A+ on communication! They made sure I had what I need and explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing cars all that well. As of yesterday and speaking to my adjuster I found out that the cause of delay in my repair to my vehicle came from the insurance company wanting a detail list of the cost of each part for my vehicle so it delayed my repairs and my adjuster has done his best in keeping me informed and for that I'm happy and waiting r can't wait till I'm able 2 get my vehicle and drive with the wind!!will keep yall posted with a update once I get my vehicle.im now rating this place 5 stars because after seeing my vehicle and driving it I know that Jay,Sam and Shawn did a beautiful job on my vehicle and went all out to make sure my vehicle was done properly and done without cutting any corners.Jay,Sam and Shawn thank u for doing a outstanding job!!Kudos ~ Donald B

Decent place, professional body work and customer service, they are State Farm select service shop and State Farm recommend me to come to this place, they take care of the phone calls and claim with the insurance company save me a lot of time, they did the estimate and upload it to the insurance so I don’t have to worry about it. They handle the parts and claim situation for me, I never have to worry about explaining the repair to the insurance company. After the parts are here they called me and I come the ship for the repair, and they give me a loaner car and explain to me how the repair works and how long it will take. About a week after the drop off they call me and I get my car back, they do wash the car pretty good and the wheels shinny like new. I will recommend thirs place to the people I know. ~ Larry X

I would like to thank Danny and team for the repairs they just completed on my 2005 Pontiac, they replaced the fuel pump.The Customer Service was outstanding. I called on Friday and talked with Danny about the issue and that my car was in the garage and would not start, it would need to be towed. Danny took care of everything, he provided me with a quote for the repairs and the towing. The tow truck was here within an hour and picked up my car. Danny texted me as soon as he received my car. Clear communication thru the entire process. Good value, honest, professional service and on time repairs. I was so depress when I entered MWORK collision center, Dan from MWORK collision changed the way I was feeling immediately. Dan asked me to take seat relax, asked me if I wanted a bottled water, and he said just relax. Before we even talked about my damage car, Dan worked profusely to get me a car rental. After my car rental was secured, Dan went over all my options, once my car was getting repaired, Dan text me updates on my car, and I was given a estimation on when my car would be ready. I have been to many body shops before and this body shop impressed me with their customer service as well as quality. I accidentally swape my car on Feb 21st, I spend a few days deal with my insurance company and nothing progressed, so they helped me with my claim and call the insurance instead of me, my phone never rings again. After getting the car back in the first week of March, I even forget where the damage was. They tell me some details about how to maintainance the car, which is very useful for me. I have to say I usually don't do this but this is so needed. M- Works is the body shop to get your car repaired. The staff there are so Amazing. They were kind and knowledgeable in their field. Joe who help me out with the rental was amazing. The young lady at the desk had such a pleasant smile. The Supervisor- I'm sorry I can't recall the name but he called to check on me due to the ordeal with insurance company. I appreciate them all for their hard work but the MVP who just went above and beyond was the young lady, Ashliee. When I tell you, she knows her stuff. The time and effort she work to make very thing comfortable and less stressful through this difficult time was such a blessing. So, what I am saying Go to M-Works because you will be glad you did. Working for a company with a massive fleet of vehicles on the road and lots of drivers in their early 20s we tend to visit M work auto body quite often!! And let me start by saying their customer service is outstanding! Communication is a five star and turnaround time is really good considering we take up most of their time with repairs and other customers are left waiting ha ha ha ha! M Works did a great job repairing my Tesla after someone backed up into me- not only was the quality of their work excellent, but they keep open and constant communication with me throughout the entire process which definitely helps alleviate the amount of stress when trying to get a car repaired. They fought the insurance hard on my behalf to get brand new parts, and when they couldn't get approval, they found an alternative solution for me that didn't cost me anything. I’m definitely going to do more business with M Work. They installed an aftermarket body kit on my 2015 Honda Accord and I love it. I took the car in to get an estimate, they looked at the disassembled pieces, and knew instantly what to do and how to mount it. I dropped my car off and had it back a day later. You can’t ask for better service than that. I’m looking forward to doing business with M Work in the near future. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are very professional. No one wants to deal with getting their car fixed up after an accident, but the employees here made it super easy to deal with my insurance company, even taking the reigns when I became tired of the red tape. I've talked with other friends of mine about body/repair shops around the Columbus area and based on their experiences I will be bringing any work I need done to M Work. Exceptionally professional, quick, and skilled; at no point was I left out of the loop with the work or insurance dealings. What originally made me think I made the right decision was hearing two other customers enthusiastically thank and praise the employees for the work done in the 5-10 minutes I was showing the damages that I knew of on my car. I'm not one to review things online, but my experience here has made me want to let others know: when dealing with a bad situation in regards to your vehicle M Work will ease your mind and give you a great experience. The whole team was incredibly nice and friendly made the process easy. When I picked up my car, it felt like brand new! Nothing but praise for M works and especially Jibril, they helped put on the carbon fiber front lip onto my car, extremely professional and cared about my opinion on positioning before install. I submitted a quote request via the website and was contacted very quickly and got an estimate. Andy worked with me and I sent a deposit for the parts. Once the parts were received he set up a day to drop it off. Three days later it was ready for pickup. Looks brand new and matched the quoted price exactly. No extra or hidden fee's. I had major damage on the side of my Subaru Crosstrek. Paint was gouged off, dents and missing body pieces. I got a quote after M works examined the car which took just about 30 minutes . When I brought the car in for the repair service, they drove me home and they picked me up when it was done. Excellent customer service. They texted me with updates. I got a dent on my door and I didn’t know what happened, I searched bodyshop for an estimate and this one is close to where I live. I stopped by yesterday, the estimator was pretty honest about it cuz the dent is not that bad. He then referred me to another dent shop right across the street and my car got fixed right away.
